Dr Chris’ practice is a private billing practice, not a bulk billing practice, so will require full payment on the day of your appointment. Any Medicare claims can be processed directly on the day on the patient’s behalf.

Surgical fees are payable at least seven days prior to your surgery date.

For most levels of private cover, and for most procedures, there will be some out of pocket expenses in addition to the payment your private health insurer will provide. Dr Arthur and the team will ensure you are aware of these costs prior to confirming any surgery.

Dr Chris operates out of the Short Street Day Surgery and Gold Coast University Hospital. A consent form and online Admission forms are required to be filled out prior to your surgery.

Off-street parking is available on Short Street. Alternatively, there is the Carey Carpark off Marine Parade.
